Pack of 100 "D" (the bottom row in the picture) lamellar plates measuring .9" x 3.4". Pre-punched with 5mm holes for easy lacing with 500 paracord or riveting with 1/4" head rivets. The ABS plates are better at dispersing impact due to their thickness, but correspondingly a little heavier (about 7lbs per full torso piece). The polycarbonate plates weigh less (about 4.5lbs per full torso piece) and still give good protection, but don't spread the impact out as much.
You generally need twice the number of rivets as you have plates for riveting plates together
You generally need four inches of cord per plate when lacing plates together for lamellar.
A good rule of thumb is that you need three of these plates per pound of body weight to make a full chest piece.
