We use UPS to ship most of our items, and USPS to ship the remainder. We ship some really strange box sizes/weights, so typically the service we use depends on box dimensions as we try to get shipping costs as low as possible for you.
If you don't have a valid address for either of these services, send us an email and we'll see if some other one time shipping can be arranged.
Returns and Exchanges
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? Send it back to us for a full refund!
If your product is defective or damaged in shipping, you might just want to exchange your item for another identical one (minus the part where it was run over by a truck). That works basically the same as a return, except once we receive the returned item we'll ship you a shiny new one instead of refunding your credit card.
